Casting Time: 4
Duration: 1 rnd/level
Area of Effect: the caster

Victim 6 plus levels lower than caster: death.
Victim 3-5 levels lower than caster: a fake death, a coma lasting 1d4 turns.
Victim 0-2 levels lower than caster: flee in terror for 1d4 rounds.
Victim 1-3 higher levels than caster: plus 2 to saving throw, or flee in terror for 1d2 rounds.
Victim 4 plus higher levels than caster: immune to spell.

A maximum of 1d4+1 enemies can be affected before the magic fades. It is possible to affect the same target more than once with this spell. Enemies who suffer the spell once who again engage the caster while the spell is still active can try to avert their eyes from the face of the caster, which will make any attack rolls against the caster suffer a -1 penalty.

The material component is a skull of any magic using creature.
